inFRONT FAQs
What is AllClear by inFRONT?
Who is inFRONT and how long have they been doing this?
What kinds of sites and industries use AllClear?
Can AllClear be purchased as a subscription instead of a capital expense?
Yes. AllClear is available as Emergency Readiness as a Service (ERaaS), a subscription model that lets sites fit emergency readiness into operating budgets instead of capital budgets. Sites can select from a menu of AllClear capabilities to build a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose system, and different stakeholders can subscribe to their specific use case, making it easy to share system costs across departments. This puts the full emergency readiness platform within reach even for tighter budgets.
The Platform & Capabilities
What is emergency readiness software and what does AllClear do?
Why do high-hazard facilities need dedicated emergency readiness software?
What is personnel accountability software?
What's the difference between AllClear Mustering, Unit Accountability, and AllClear Equipped?
AllClear is a modular platform with capabilities for different parts of emergency readiness. AllClear Mustering accounts for everyone during a site-wide evacuation or drill, with a goal of 100% accountability in 15 minutes or less. AllClear Unit Accountability tracks who is inside individual production units in real time, where the goal is accounting for people in just a minute or two. AllClear Equipped tracks emergency response equipment readiness, ensuring gear is inspected and ready. Sites can deploy the capabilities they need.

Integration, Technical, & Compliance
Does AllClear replace our existing access control or contractor management systems?
AllClear works alongside the systems you already have — it isn’t a replacement. It integrates directly with nearly a dozen of the most common access control platforms (see our integrations) to give you accurate, real-time visibility into who’s on site. That means you keep the investment you’ve already made in access control, and close the accountability gaps it wasn’t built to cover.
Are there regulatory requirements for emergency mustering?
What hardware is installed at a muster point or assembly area?
Does AllClear help us comply with OSHA Emergency Readiness, PSM (Process Safety Management), and HAZWOPER standards?
Yes. AllClear complies with OSHA’s Emergency Action Plan standard (29 CFR 1910.38), Process Safety Management standard (29 CFR 1910.119), and HAZWOPER regulations, the three frameworks that govern emergency readiness at chemical plants and refineries.
AllClear replaces manual paper logs and radio roll calls with a digital, timestamped accountability trail that covers employees, contractors, and visitors alike. A roster or headcount checklist doesn’t satisfy the OSHA requirements on its own, especially at PSM-covered sites. After any drill or actual event, AllClear generates an instant report showing exactly when every individual was accounted for, who cleared them, and their last known location, giving EHS and compliance teams the audit-ready evidence that PSM, HAZWOPER, and Emergency Action Plan reviews demand.
