Hide-A-Worker Challenge
Put your site to the test. Can your current process account for 100% of your people?
What is the Hide-A-Worker Challenge?
The Hide-A-Worker Challenge seeks to help our site safety heroes from across the country prove that there may be holes in their mustering process. Watch our founder, Chris Laibe, talk about what this campaign means and why we think it’s so important.
All entries generate financial support for the First Responders Children’s Foundation.
Rules & Regs
Alright, folks, it’s time to get down to business. Here’s how we’re going to make a difference and donate some cash to a worthy cause:
1: | It’s time to schedule a drill and make sure we’re all on our A-game. |
2: | Now, we don’t want to make a big scene, so let’s just quietly ask two staff members to join us in the EOC. It’s like a covert operation, but with less danger and more safety. |
3: | Don’t let those two staff members report in – we need to keep this on the down-low. |
4: | It’s game time, baby! Complete the drill and make sure to time it and document the percentage of the population that were accounted for. |
5: | Share your results with us by filling out the form below or via email at HAW@infrontglobal.com. We can’t wait to hear all about it. But don’t worry, we won’t share your name, company name, or any identifiable information. |
6: | And to sweeten the deal, we’ll donate $250 to the First Responders Children’s Foundation. So not only will you stress test your process, you’ll help the families of first responders who were killed or injured in the line of duty. |
The origin of the challenge
There would be no Hide-A-Worker Challenge without Bill. Who is Bill and why should you care? Bill is a highly skilled and passionate Emergency Response professional. He was the very first person to do the Hide-A-Worker Challenge. In fact, we learned about the challenge from Bill. Want to dive deeper into why he invented it and how it went for him?
